Newport Crossing offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes.

Current pricing is available on our Floor Plans page. Pricing and specials are subject to change daily, so please contact the leasing office for the most up-to-date rates. Base rent includes the apartment home only. Utilities are billed separately, and optional monthly charges such as parking and pet rent may apply.

Each apartment home includes a full-size washer and dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, range/oven, and a private patio or balcony with an attached storage closet. Community amenities include a fitness center, covered outdoor hot tub (open year-round), seasonal outdoor swimming pool, Amazon Hub package lockers, business center with Wi-Fi, BBQ area, and flexible rent payment options through Flex.

Yes! Newport Crossing is pet-friendly. Please contact the leasing office for our complete pet policy. The pet deposit is $300 per pet, the one-time pet fee is $300 per pet, and monthly pet rent is $35 per pet. We also provide pet waste stations throughout the community and are located just steps from nearby walking trails.

Our standard pricing is based on a 12-month lease. Please contact the leasing office for current short-term lease availability.

Tours can be scheduled in person or virtually by calling, texting, emailing, or online by clicking "Apply Now" then scroll down to "Schedule a Tour" to select the next available date and time that works best for you. 

Applications can be completed online at the top of the website by clicking "Apply Now." The application fee is $61 per applicant (18 years and older). Applicants must have a combined monthly household income of at least 2.5 times the monthly rent and complete a credit and background screening.

Yes! We offer both assigned and unassigned parking for residents, as well as unassigned guest parking.

Utilities are not included in the monthly base rent. Water, sewer, garbage, pest control, and common area gas and electric are billed monthly through the community based on an allocation method. Electricity for your home is billed directly by the utility provider, Puget Sound Energy.

While Newport Crossing is not a gated community, our community amenities are secured with controlled fob access.

Newport Crossing is located within the Issaquah School District. Nearby schools include Newcastle Elementary School, Cougar Mountain Middle School, and Liberty High School.

Bus stops are located along Newcastle Way, the Newport Hills Park & Ride is nearby, and residents enjoy quick access to I-405 and I-90. The South Bellevue Light Rail Station is also just a short drive away.

Within walking distance, you'll find grocery stores including QFC and Safeway, along with popular restaurants such as Tapatio Mexican Grill, Blazing Onion, Yea's Wok, Aji Sushi, and many more. Residents can enjoy nearby Lake Boren Park, Coal Creek trails, and Cougar Mountain Regional Wildland Park. Shopping and entertainment are also just minutes away at The Marketplace at Factoria.
